We also advise companies on competition law in France, particularly on the subject of agreements distorting competition, and abuse of a dominant position.

Moreover, McKay & Co is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers), a British association dedicated to improving the service provided to victims of accidents and clinical negligence, which regroups in Europe a number of lawyers specialised in personal injury claims.
