Anne C. McKay

Educated at Gordonstoun School in Scotland and at the University of Paris II Assas, Anne McKay became a member of the Paris Bar in 1989.

Bilingual in French and English, Anne McKay trained with Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May in Oakland, California ; Bird Semple in Glasgow, and Manches & Co in London, prior to joining a merchant bank in Paris where she specialised in acquisitions, investments and corporate finance.

Anne McKay is specialised in corporate law, particularly in activities which are subject to specific professional or administrative regulations ; mergers, acquisitions, investments, shareholder relations ; negotiating and drafting commercial contracts ; finance and regulated markets, and immigration law for company executives.
