Patrick D. McKay
Educated in Scotland (Aberlour, Gordonstoun, Merchiston Castle) and at
the University of Paris II Assas, Patrick D.McKay started his career from
his very first year at law school as a Court clerk, and from the third
year as a Clerk with Etude Fanet, Avoués près la Cour d'Appel
de Paris.
After his military service, Patrick D. McKay became a
member of the Paris Bar in 1993, date at which he joined McKay & Co.
Bilingual in English and French, he is in charge of the
firm’s litigation department and specialises in commercial litigation,
contentious matters in construction and property, disputes in industrial
relations and criminal business law.
He works in close cooperation with his tax and public law associates.
